Payments and Billing
Social Jazz charges a monthly fee for access to the application and whichever social media catalogs you have selected.
After your 14-Day Free trial, if you wish to keep using Social Jazz you must enter a payment method so fees can be charged. The payment method is the credit card you authorize to be charged each month.
To enter a payment method:
- Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the Social Jazz app
- Click on Billings and Plans
- Click on the Add Payment Info button
- Fill in the form and click Save card
Your card will be charged on the same day each month, starting with the day of your first payment. So if your first payment was on March 4th, your card will be charged on the 4th of every month.
If your first payment was on the 31st, then on shorter months, Social Jazz will charge you on the last day the month.
